The most expensive mistake in platform work is fixing the wrong constraint convincingly. Adding agents to a system that was never short of agents costs real money and changes nothing, and it is easy to do because every kind of waiting looks the same on a dashboard.

This module is about reading a build honestly: separating queue wait from runtime from approval latency, and knowing what each one is telling you.
